The BET Hip Hop Awards’ Cipher segment is one of the best parts of the whole show. Three minutes of MCs (and one helluva DJ) rapping in a circle tops more than 2 1/2 hours of gaudy live performances every time.

New York stylist, recording artist, and scene blogger Richard Kennedy of the House of Bad Kids posted a review of the Land of the Lakes to his blog.
Here is an excerpt of the post! check it out.
“”The Land of the Lakes” takes you on a musical journey true to your mind, body, and soul. Opening with “Rich & Famous” I was immediately drawn into the reality of artistic youth. We all struggle everyday with the basic necessity of life and those of us who have a little more to say, a little extra to offer, a world to change struggle with the constant possibility of “failure” due to the lack of listener. These cats are clearly in it to win it, and offering a FREE download is such a great way to encourage listening and inspire change.”
